It’s the start of a new decade and a new era for Chicane. This is my last issue as Editor before I move onto new and exciting projects. I want to wish Tash and the rest of the Committee the best of luck with the future of Chicane and the LDC; not that they’ll need it, they already do a superb job. I also want to thank the members for reading Chicane, giving feedback for the support I’ve received during my time as Editor and to the scores of contributors that have helped to make the magazine what it is. I could not have done it without you. The last three years have flown by and I have very much enjoyed bringing each and every issue to life. This issue is our biggest yet. It is full of great insights from the club as well as featured articles about the M250, drives of the latest Exige and Evora and how you don’t need to have a paint brush to create great works of art. I even got to meet one of my heroes and drive an original Lotus Cortina. The cover is especially interesting this issue; it has been painted by Ian Cook using a selection of remote control and model cars. I hope you enjoy this issue and I look forward to being a reader of many more issues to come.
